Footwear Guarantee & Returns
To ensure you are satisfied with your purchase, we provide a guarantee on all footwear purchases. If you are not satisfied please visit our Casca Returns Portalto arrange for a pre-paid shipping label and full refund.
Once we have received your package (must contain shoes, laces, tote bag, etc.), we will process returns within 2-3 business days.
Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment and may take up to 14 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time.
All sock products are 'final sale' unless factory defects are apparent.
Exchanges - Continental USA Customers
Casca offers complimentary exchanges within 30 days from the order shipping.
Please note, exchanges must be returned in new condition (shoebox, laces, tote bag, etc.) to qualify. Please ensure your box is returned in the same or a similar poly-bag that you would have received your shoes in.
At this time, we do not offer free shipping, exchanges or returns globally.

Additionally, it is the responsibility of the customer to pay all applicable duty and taxes required for the import of goods into your country of residence.
Refunds & Exchanges – Global Customers
